Valentine’s Day with The Southern gentleman

Be a gentleman this Valentine's Day and head to The Southern Gentleman for a night you and your date won't soon forget! They will be featuring a four course prix-fixe menu curated for the special occasion. The prix-fixe menu will be the only menu available on Valentine's Day and it is $79 per person. Does not include tax & gratuity.

Amuse

Warm brie fondue-toasted sourdough, truffle

Choice of:

Seared yellowfin tuna – toasted benne, fermented rhubarb mojo, mizuna

Gulf Shrimp remoulade- mirliton, avocado, preserved lemon

Ruby beet salad- pistachio praline, creamy goat cheese, pickled onion, frisee

local mushroom soup- toasted brioche, Jerusalem artichokes

Choice of:

Roasted king salmon- creamy farro, grilled asparagus, strawberry-rose gastrique

Short Rib Pot Roast- buttermilk whipped potatoes, baby carrots,  cippolini onions, horseradish

Ruby reds gulf shrimp- classic creole tomato etouffee sauce, Carolina rice, crispy okra

Spring pea gnocchi- local mushrooms, peas, Thomasville tomme mac sauce

Pressed Pork Shoulder- Georgia cream cheese grits, whole grain mustard jus, collards

Choice of:

Milk chocolate genoise- chocolate pearls, sabayon

Fromage blanc cheesecake- cookie crust, strawberry cream
