Le Colonial, the famed French Vietnamese restaurant, is now open at Buckhead Village District. The chic destination restaurant and lounge spans 8,100-square-foot with an expansive terrace and private dining spaces. The endeavor couples longtime Le Colonial brand stewards and globally recognized hospitality curators Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King with award-winning chefs Nicole Routhier and Hassan Obaye. The sharable menu will showcase heirloom Vietnamese recipes alongside contemporary takes on classic dishes, sourcing the best of locally available ingredients, the freshest seafood and meats, and exotic herbs and spices from around the globe.
