Tis’ the season at Le Bilboquet! The stylish French eatery will offer a three-course prix fixe menu priced at $135+ per person ($55 for children’s menu) on Saturday, December 24th. Menu highlights include an Amuse-Bouche of Roulade de Saint Jacque et Crabe with lime avocado; Grilled Octopus with truffle fingerling potatoes, caramelized onions, lemon, scallions, and brioche croutons; Le Boudin Blanc a la Truffle with pomme purée, red port truffle sauce, and watercress; Seared Alaskan Halibut with sunchoke puree, roasted salsify & hon-shimeji mushroom fricassee, and chicken jus; and Roasted Lamb Tenderloin featuring garlic parsley puree, celeriac, celery confit, and basil lamb jus. Le Bilboquet will be open on Christmas Eve from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. with the last reservation at 9 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made on Open Table or by calling the restaurant at 404.869.9944.
