O by Brush will host a special Sushi Making Class & Omakase Dinner on Wednesday, June 18, National Sushi Day, offering guests an intimate, hands-on experience led by Chef Jason Liang.
The evening begins with an interactive sushi-making class, where Chef Jason will guide guests through the fundamentals of sushi preparation, including crafting sushi rice, slicing raw fish, rolling sushi maki, and forming nigiri sushi. Following the class, participants will enjoy a 12-course omakase dinner featuring several of O by Brush’s signature courses and desserts. Optional beverage pairings and additional add-ons will also be available.
The class is priced at $315 per person, plus tax and 20% service charge. Tickets will go live on Wednesday, May 28, at 12 p.m. via OpenTable.
