Every Thursday, Brush Sushi is pairing its regular dinner menu with a specially curated supplemental wine list from new sommelier Bri Hicks, alongside food pairings by Chef Jason Liang, all set to a soundtrack of 80s classics spun live by a DJ in the main dining room and bar. Everything is à la carte with no ticket required (reservations suggested).
