Founded by CEO Steven Salm and Executive Chef David Lee, PLANTA was born in 2016 to expand the accessibility and acceptability of plant-based dining as dining as it should be — an unguilty pleasure. PLANTA Queen is sprouting in Atlanta with a menu that features flavorful cocktails and signature dishes such as a Unagi Eggplant Nigiri and Ahi Watermelon Nigiri, Udon Noodles, and Bang Bang Broccoli, in addition to features unique to the Atlanta market.
