Impossible Currency
Atlanta-based artists Kristen Giorgi and Sheyda Mehrara have teamed up to open Impossible Currency, an art and design studio pop-up, at Buckhead Village. Joining the property’s impressive mix of art-inspired retailers, the space debuts as a multi-purpose destination, serving as both a retail gallery featuring an ever-evolving selection of available works by both artists as well as an inspired studio and work space where the duo will create art onsite. Housed at 3039 Peachtree Road, the studio was designed to evoke a creative environment at the intersection of art and interior design, perfectly reflecting Giorgi and Mehrara’s mutual desire to set their work apart by showcasing how their pieces live in a designed space.
