World Tuna Day at Brush
Celebrate World Tuna Day at Brush. Following O By Brush’s Tuna Cutting & Tasting event on May 1, Brush will feature a special, one-day-only à la carte menu on May 2 using cuts from the freshly broken-down tuna. Explore premium cuts and thoughtful preparations while getting a closer look at the sourcing and craftsmanship behind each dish. Highlights include Tuna Wellington, Tuna “Lu Rou Fan,” and a DIY Temaki experience with nakaochi (tuna rib), all available first come, first served. Available May 2 only. Reservations are now open via OpenTable.
